3. Subscriptions and payments

The app may offer paid Premium features via in-app purchase. Billing and management are handled by the App Store (Apple) or, on Android, Google Play, according to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in time before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your store account settings.

You retain rights to content you create in the app (e.g. catches, photos, notes, fishing spots). You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.

You may delete your account in the app. We may restrict or end use if these terms or applicable law are violated.
